Philadelphia Suites Extended Stay Hotel

This stay was a last-minute, last-option booking, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Although check-in was listed as 4:00 PM, we weren’t able to get into a room until around 3:30 PM because the rooms were still being cleaned due to short staffing. While I understand staffing issues happen, the front desk customer service made the situation much worse. The woman working the desk was very unprofessional. One guest was told, “Everybody checking in has to wait because rooms are still being cleaned and there is nothing nobody can do about it.” The tone and delivery were completely unacceptable. At one point, I needed to use the restroom in the lobby and had to ask for cleaning products to clean the stall myself before using it. That alone was e

October 10th 2025|During our stay, we experienced the following issues :|The room was not cleaned in 5 days/4 nights, no bedding, no cleaning, no change of towels, nor toilet products provided (soap and shampoo),|no emptying cans etc… We were answered of a usual cleaning being done every two days.Then another girl at the desk told us of every three days.|A Young man in charge provided us with clean towels and soap/shampoo the second day and we are grateful for his understanding.|We believe we didn’t have a fair deal as clients and that in some way they would agree that we deserved a compensation. So we emailed twice |to address a complaint but got no answer.

Positive: The kitchen / ability to cook in the room. Amenities were nice! Negative: The comforter on our bed had stains all over it. When I went down in the morning to get fresh towels, no one was at the desk. I waited about ten minutes, no one came. When we left about 30 minutes later, there still wasn’t anyone working the desk.

Horrible place!!!! we had heavy luggage and they have no elevator, you have to walk a good ways away to get to the back buildings and go UP STAIRS with heavy luggage. They were very rude. They didn’t clean our rooms not once, gave us 1 towel and said that’s all they had. We had to walk to the front lobby to ask for more toilet paper. the room smelled like straight WEED & CIGARETTE SMOKE. we called 3 times to ask for a different room due to the smell and was told they were sold out but they could bring us room spray. waited 3 hours before they brought spray, they came into our room, didn’t even knock. fast forward, we leave and checkout. i call to ask when i will get the 100$ deposit back and the lady on the phone states “give it time” & hangs up in my face. overall, staff was extremely rud
