Philadelphia Hotel Bella Vista

Loved my experience staying here. The room was beautiful and the location was great. I had the pleasure of chatting with Brooke the innkeeper and loved her whole vibe. Would definitely recommend:)

Disappointing stay. The hotel is in a great location but the facilities let itself down. We had no cold water as the tap was hanging off. One of the bedside lamps had a broken switch and only 2 towels despite booking for 3 people. The shower soap container was also empty

I had a great stay here! Traveled to Philly for a concert and decided to spend two nights here. Britney was so fantastic and accommodating, and I loved staying in the Autumn Mist! The bed was large and comfy, extra pillows and blankets already in the room and overall the property was calm and quiet. I'm so glad I chose to stay here instead of a regular hotel because the vibes were fantastic! My only tip would be to bring slippers because the wood floors could be a bit cold. And say hi to the cats!! They're super friendly.

We loved our stay so much! Such a convenient location too! The hotel and room was beautifully decorated. We stayed in the Autumn Mist room. The hotel is unique, the room is spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend and can't wait to stay here again.

I stayed 2 nights in the "Autumn Mist" room, which were great. It's a nicely appointed semi-"suite," very comfortable and "homey" in a charming townhouse building. This is not a luxury hotel with all the "amenities" like gym, spa, restaurant, etc. so don't expect that. It's a "country inn" type of B&B (although without the "breakfast") but right in the heart of Philly, on the border of Downtown/South. Great neighborhood, relatively quiet and safe, with the Italian market right outside your door a block away, which will provide you with all the coffee and breakfast options you need. It's an old building, so you will hear the occasional creaking floorboard but that aside, I found it to actually be QUIETER than most hotels. No elevator shaft noise, no disruptive parties making a ruckus in t
