Petty's Motor Hotel

I've stayed at Petty's motor motel and never smelt anything bad. No roaches or bed bugs. It's exactly like motel six. Someone and they're friends probably some high school kid done got they possee together to hate on an excellent place to stay better than all the motels in the world. The most affordable because they had a bad day. It's a scooper in the ice machine. People. The showers and beds are nicely done. I've stayed several months. Nothing is wrong with the place. Unlike those high priced motels no one can afford

Horrible place, they just exterminated twice now for bed bug's you have to wash your own bed stuff and clean your own room...

It's on the north side of Lufkin. No pool. Rooms could be clean better. Freezer in mini fridge needs to be dethawed. Bath tub wasn't cleaned out, it had dirt in it. If you're on SSI/Ssdi, you can get a room for 750 a month. Eric (owner) is so nice. I especially like that there's a camera in the lot. Makes me feel safer. Wish they still had their pool though. Edit: Someone moved in upstairs and is constantly slamming the door, stomping, and blaring speed metal. I called the office and made a complaint when they wouldn't turn off their music at 3 am. They haven't blamed it that late since. If you stay long term here, housekeeping doesn't come by and you have to wash your own sheets. They'll wash the comforter. If you're on disability/SSI/VA benefits, a month rent is 750.

The room is dirty the walls are dirty the beds are full of bed bugs. Alot of police activity. People put there bare hands into the ice machine. Avoid this place it not safe for anyone.

Idk who in their right mind gave this place 5 stars. It is like one step away from being homeless. I had to stay here while working because nothing else had the vacancy for the duration of my stay. Junkies and alcoholics this is most definitely the place for u. And if u like roaches this is the place to be. Even the water stinks
