The manager is rude and definitely dislikes dogs! The residents do nothing but complain about other residents or anyone broke down on the side of the road. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I do not recommend. All the washer and dryer’s are usually not working and trash is usually overflowing. There are much better options than this one. It doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave it!

The park had a real community feel. The owner is responsive and always making upgrades. The shade over the site was a big bonus! The laundry room was clean, inexpensive and functioning, and playing pool while waiting on the laundry was always fun. We loved our two months there and I'd for sure suggest anyone else live there, too.

We started out needing to stay a month because our daughter was graduating college and ended up staying 4. The owner is FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is always available with a smile and I have never seen someone work as hard as he does. We can’t wait to come back though again for another visit to our friends and family so we can stay again.
