Pensacola Motor Lodge

No hot water. Cash only. Roaches, not very bad but roaches. Sticky carpet. Full size bed with dirty sheets. Mold and water leaks in bathroom. Mini fridge filthy. Bathroom floors wet with last renters soap and 1 towel. You get what you pay for. No receipt either. Trash all in front of doorway. Never been cleaned filter in the air conditioner and last but not least, paint peeling off walls and cob webs

The manager was nice and polite and the noise was to a minimum I enjoyed my stay and now I'm here on my own disabled and need a place to live with my income cook outs children playing dogs barking police on his duty

I can't beat it for the price showers work good TV comes in clear managers all right it seems to be an attraction for the ladies to feel them over there I got laundry service close to the stores my little scenic tour goes through the graveyard across the street been there a long time what a story yeah I'd say go visit Pensacola Lodge I understand the owner of it is an American I don't know much about real estate but I don't know go check it out leave the kids at home leave the wife at home too because like I said there's company around there.

The absolute worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. I checked in at 10 AM August 19, 2018 fora two day stay. As luck would have it I was assigned room number 228.Upstairs above the motel office in bordering The street called mobile highway And could hear every vehicle all night and all day going down mobile highway. So now i’m getting a taste of how crooked management is at this place. The manager wanted me to check in and pay for both days in advance if I wanted to use my debit card. But told me I could rent one day at a time only for cash. When I agreed I had to argue with him to get a receipt for the cash. So after a couple of minutes he finally relented and gave me a receipt. Check out time it’s supposed to be 11 AM but the management since around girls to try and collect your cash at 9:30 A

My stay was poor because the roaches didn't put in on the room. The room was nasty I had to bring my own spary. I live in Pensacola and the Loins Motel has more class. This place needs to be burnt down , and mowed over. Only God keep me safe from the grems. Don't go there. I have a video that I will be sending to the news people Monday. The room from Hell!!!!
