Patriot RV Park - Waco

Ok, let’s just start with Becky, the park manager…..A-MAZ-ING. I was future-planning for a permanent spot in Waco to be near my son, daughter-in-love, and grandkids back in February. I paid my deposit, picked my spot, and my target date….emphasis on target because the date was a moving target! Becky worked with me and shifted with me and the unrelenting events that kept pushing my move date back. She’s the sweetest, kindest, warmest park host I’ve ever encountered (I take a 2 week camping trip across the south every summer). My plans changed again last minute, putting my Waco plans on hold at least until the fall, but Becky left an open invitation. If life settles down in the fall, I know where I’m landing!!!! We have stayed at Patriot for the past 2 years and have had a wonderful experience all around! Ron and Becky are the absolute best and are quick to respond to any need! The neighbors here are so friendly and we have never had a problem with anyone in the park! We love that there is a play ground and a pool for the kids and a good size dog park for our dog to run around in! Very affordable prices for being very close to downtown Waco! Make sure to check them out when in the area!

I have lived here since August 2025 and I love living here. The park is clean and wonderfully kept up. There is a nice pool and dog park. There is also a laundry room and showers. The managers, Ron and Becky are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. It’s a great place!

Patriot RV Park is, hands down, the best RV park I’ve lived in throughout my time as a full time RV’er! The facilities are very well maintained, the property is clean, and overall, it’s a very quiet and peaceful place to live. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Ron and Becky are the best!!

Nice. Except we were told water would be off for an undetermined amount of time. However, 15 days in, without any notification from management I turn the water on in low and behold there was water. So who knows how long we have been without water because management never told us water was back on.
