Parkside Inn

Nasty dirty place , appliance don't work. But then want to charge 70 a night been in better places for that price and didn't. Have bugs ???

I called asking how much for one night I was told $70 I your them all I have is $65 they said that would be fine. I payed $65 for 1 night at $60 for room and $5 for room key deposit meaning as long as I return the key I would get my $5 back. So, I was under the impression that if you wanted to stay a week 7 days then it would $65 a night because I already gave them the key deposit. So, I assumed for a week or would cost $455 however, I only had enough for 5 night stay at $350. They had no rates displayed for people to see not did they have a flat weekly rate displayed. During my stay I found out from other patrons that they charge $350 for a week. So, I kindly went to the office and asked why they didn't inform me that I was really paying for a week and they refused to give me my 2 nights

I stayed during a power outage, there was no power for 12 hours, yet they still charged me full price, even after I brought it to the attention of the nice lady at the front desk, who was behind glass. The toilet, mirror, and sink were dirty, and also both the small fridge and microwave looked they had not even been checked, they were disgusting. Aside from that, the room was large enough and comfortable, and the place was quiet and felt safe. There's a large sign at the front desk which says NO REFUNDS, I guess they thought of everything.

Beds are hard. It's always, something doesn't work. The heat or the air or the TV or the lamps. Seems ok cleanliness wise. Bedspreads are questionable tho. Needs better pillows. You're almost getting what you paid for because it's cheap

First foreign owned hotel that didn't give me a problem over my service animal. A little pricey for the minimal accommodations. Worked great for my needs.
