Drury Inn & Suites Middletown Franklin

It was like staying at a five star resort with class, my wife Jeanine and I stay here for New Year's Eve in 2025 into 2026. Let me first tell you that our check in was completed by Angel and demetra who provided us a warm welcome; I called ahead and spoke to demetra who provided us with the best concierge services and had a road map to all the local area attractions along with directions. The hotel provides a 4:00 p.m. dinner which included pulled pork sliders baked beans chicken soup and a toss salad; they also provide you with four alcoholic drinks sodas coffee and tea the meal with awesome and saved us a lot of money. My wife also enjoyed dipping her toes in the heated indoor outdoor swimming pool while I relaxed in a very hot hot tub which was beside the indoor pool. The atmosphere her

This has been one of the best locations my family has been at. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful. We woke up at 8 for breakfast and the food was fantastic. There is an employee her name tag says missy and she was absolutely wonderful. Fantastic conversation and extremely helpful. We seen her keeping temp on all of the food and thats the fist time ive seen that at breakfast. She gave us some wonderful tips for the area and as we left breakfast she welcomed us to come back for our next visit. We will be booking again for sure thanks to her service. And to top it off we seen they freshly cleaned the hot tub. 🙌 Wonderful location!!

The assistant general manager went above and beyond for my kids and I. Thank you so much, she made my day after a tough week and then having to find two rooms last minute due to water issues at our home. She is very kind and helpful. I truly appreciate you!!

This hotel remembers what customer service means. Every employee we interacted with was amazing! So friendly, checking in with patrons . Rooms are beautiful and clean. The only thing that might cause less stars would be it only has one elevator to service 155 rooms. BUT the outstanding service provided far exceeds any complaints. Complimentary dinners, free popcorn, and drinks for free. Can't say enough about how great this hotel was. We've stayed at other Drury's and this one is the best.
