Comfort Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin

A very nice Choice hotel. Easy to get to from the interstate. Our king room was very nice and clean. The bed was outstanding. Those 2 nights were the best we have slept in a long time including our own bed at home. We later wished we had checked to see what brand and model of mattress it was so we could look for one. There was a good selection at breakfast. The hotel was quiet at night with nothing waking us up during the night. We would definitely stay here again.

Asked for additional coffee pods in our room and they explained that it would be brought to our room. Never happened. We are platinum members of Comfort Hotels and have never been treated in this manner. Traveled all across the world and stayed at Comfort Suites. Also, swimming pool was empty. We normally receive a welcome package upon arrival (fresh baked cookies, bottled waters, granola bars, candy bars and chips. Nothing at this establishment. May want to consider a different hotel.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Very friendly staff. Good internet, etc. Couple nice restaurants close by. Regular Comfort Inn breakfast, which was very good. Our visit was everything we could expect, and more.

If I can leave a 0 star, I would leave just that. My room had a disgusting smell to it. There was hair all over the bottle of shampoo. I was given dirty towels. When I complained to the front desk and asked for them to change my room, they refused. He gave me an attitude and if looks can kill, man I’d be so dead! I physically showed them my complaints and STILL refused to give me a new room. Unfortunately, I was left with no choice but to call corporate

Clean, nice, and hospitable staff. The only thing that could be improved was the temperature of the indoor pool. I personally did not get into the pool however my children did and swam no longer than a few minutes because they stated it was very cold.
