Excellent stay! The motel is under new management and you can really see the positive changes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and professional. Quiet, safe, and great value for the price

Total scam of a hotel. Their excuse for not honoring the reservation through priceline and charging twice as much is that the name changed from Marifa Inn to Parkside Inn. Very clever. They said the name changed 4 months ago. Seems to me if they aren't making sure their hotel is properly listed online and not fixing the issue then they are making money from it. Beware travelers.

Stayed here with my crew for work. The property is under a new name and a new management. The rooms are way better. It was a phenomenal stay. Rooms are clean, odorless, and fresh. I will be coming back with my crew here.

Really love the new management, and it got rebranded as well, the rooms are really clean and great price and the staff is really friendly. I believe This place now is the best to stay. Highly recommend!!

The room had roaches. I booked online but once I entered the room noticed a roach and more in the restroom. Since I booked online there was a cancelation fee but I didn’t care.
