Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Sweetwater

Above average for its hotel class. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Mostly quiet - it is near train tracks and freeway - heard one dog bark in a nearby room - otherwise quiet. Hot breakfast was decent. Evening snack was also available but we did not try that. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I left the review earlier and my review. I have not many changes to report. Customer service is great. I love the room, but I want to make sure that you know they understand when you have to go in and you have to clean behind the house keepers. I feel that points should be rewarded for that alone, and when you take a shower, the water does not drain. So you're standing in, your dirty water trying to get clean.|I clean behind them every time that I go because there's always a lot of hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet. Besides, the bathroom's never being properly clean, the bathtub doesn't drain properly, it's peaceful and good breakfast. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was looking forward to staying here because of all the good reviews. Our room, however, had a horrible musty smell. The carpet was all stained. The shower backed up so I was standing in water up to my ankles. Disappointed because the reviews were so good! Not sure if we just had a bad room or what the issue was. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great staff. They work hard to make sure everyone has a good stay. Every single member of the staff at this hotel that I came in contact with were so friendly and kind. Always a great experience here. 10/10
