Parker's Motel

The staff was very prompt and friendly, the man that checked us in even accompanied us to our room to ensure everything was to our liking! This motel is only a couple miles from 93 and only about a mile down the road from the local Sports Bar and Grill. Awesome location close by to multiple ski mountains in the winter and ample hiking during the hiking season (or year round for those brave enough). Great experience all around!

The gentleman was Very kind and very courteous and Me and my coworker stayed here… He not only gave us water and salted everything when Everything was icy. He also gave us better rooms that were more spacious and very comfortable…. I recommend coming here and enjoying the kind hearted Staff that seemed to care about their individual staying at their hotel in every way…. My spouse and I enjoyed our two-day stat at Parker's Motel in Lincoln, New Hampshire. It's a motel where you drive up to your door to unload your luggage. For us that was a plus since our luggage was about 50# each. The manager/owner welcomed us and gave us a brief tour of the facility and let us choose which room we wanted. Parker's was inexpensive by comparison to the big cookie-cutter hotels nowadays. This motel was clean, quiet, secure and not very busy. Its location is a very good one very near Franconia Notch State Park, a very scenic park with much to do there. We loved hiking The Flume trail at the park (not a very difficult hike) and then resting at nearby beautiful Echo Lake Beach afterwards. We'll stay at Parker's again for sure. Great location in terms of easy access to FNSP. The room was clean, functional and quiet. No issues. Owner was very nice.

Positive: Location, pool Negative: Cleanliness, underwear and clothing left in the room as my grandson found them left by who ever stayed previously!!! Gross!!!
