Park View Motel

This place is super cute, very clean and the staff is kind and friendly. The area is safe and quiet. We definitely enjoyed the pool. Mrs. Nancy was quick to respond and the rates where exactly what we were looking for. We will absolutely come back.

We stayed for 2-3 nights to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday-20 adults/children in total. All rooms in which we stayed were clean, very nice. Large pool and huge tiki hut with TV's were amazing--corn hole, outdoor shower/bath, pool towels and excellent staff! Walking distance to bowling alley and Art n' Around (painted wine glasses), very close proximity to Children's Museum, fishing/boating and downtown Jensen, where you'll find very good eats. Pet friendly. Linda was awesome!

This place a was a great find, it’s was very relaxing sitting out on the rocking chairs in the evening enjoying a few cold ones 🍻. Rooms were clean the place was quiet and the people there were very friendly. I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks for the hospitality!!!!

What a wonderful little gem Nancy has here in Jensen Beach/Rio, FL! I couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness, set up, location, plenty of parking, laundry facilities on site (brand new stainless steel full size units), and beautiful scenery. There are beautiful palm trees everywhere, grills for outdoor cooking, fire pit with plenty of rocking chairs for social gatherings not to mention a tiki hut with tables and more chairs, and a large swimming pool. Total relaxation with a beautiful view! Great Pizza place directly across the street, bowling alley next door with a park on the other side for the littles :-) Love it here! This is my second stay and I will definitely be back. We stayed in a suite (living room, kitchen) separate bedroom and full bathroom w/tub! Oven/stove, microwave, full

Quiet, extremely clean, great AC, convenient location. The bed is not comfortable that is the only complaint that sags in the middle hard to sleep.
