Jensen Beach Inn

The room was nice, but not enough staff. They expect the check in staff to be the bell hops too! Besides that the hotel was pleasant, except also for heavy wood doors that slam first thing in the morning! Also, the only staff that didn't care about the occupants was the cleaning staff! The door to their supply closet slammed about 40 times from 8AM on. Is that supposed to be our wake up call?

The Location was nice BUT the shower was not clean the fan would not go off unless you turn the main light off with it, The TV will only go up a certain level and no more the air-conditioning system just kept blowing cool air to the point that I was cold in the room that was unbearable. They do not have staff on duty, so I had to go in their closet and get a code from the person that you have to call to get blankets just so I can bear to stay in the room mind you this was Valentine’s Day so that most definitely was not a good look for 330 a night I will never stay here again 👎👎👎👎

We wanted to like this hotel so much but in the end one of its best attributes was also one of its worst. It is an ideal location right down, easy walking distance to great restaurants and the cute downtown. But it is also RIGHT NEXT to the train track that runs at ALL hours of the day and NIGHT. Getting woken up to a shaking room and train horns multiple times a night doesn't allow for a great stay. Also we arrived on a Thursday night and they have Jammin' Jensen street festivals going. The few spots allocated for parking on premise was used by other vehicles and we ended up having to park down the road next to the train track and parked it in the right location late at night. Unfortunately, our stay at the Crane Room did not live up to the expectations set by its website. The property is described as a luxury experience, but that was not our impression at all. The on-site restaurant does not offer breakfast, and it certainly didn’t feel like the romantic dinner destination it’s portrayed to be. Upon arrival, the room felt very “bare bones.” There was no welcome information or guide to the hotel, no extra roll of toilet paper, and the kitchenette was missing basic essentials such as knives, a spatula, dish soap, and dish towels. For an efficiency suite, this was especially disappointing. The Jensen Beach Inn is absolutely beautiful, you can tell how much work went into renovating the Inn. The attention to detail is spot on. There was a small glitch when we checked in, but it was taken care of right away. The Inn is right in the middle of Jensen Beach which makes everything walkable. We will absolutely stay here next time we're in town.
