Park Pointe Hotel

I was trying to be cheap when traveling for work. I will not make that mistake again. The rooms were extremely dirty. The hot water did not work and the tv did not have a remote. The rooms were very load. I would not recommend staying here. The beds are not queen beds either it was a full size bed. Picture are misleading

Positive: "" Negative: No staff present to open lobby for over an hour upon arrival, slow staff incapacitated highly likely from drug usage, cancelled a room and still have not received any word of a refund already halfway through the next week.

The property is in a shocking state of severe disrepair, both inside and out. ​Cleanliness and Maintenance are Non-Existent: The hotel's physical condition is abysmal. The interior hallways were dirty and poorly lit at night, and our room's centerpiece was a filthy, sticky carpet and a noticeably stained individual chair. Exterior maintenance was equally neglected: the lawn was overgrown, shrubs were untrimmed, and common amenities like the soda and ice machines were broken or leaking. The room was absolutely filthy—the bed sheets looked used, the bathroom smelled awful, and everything felt sticky and neglected. The mattress and pillows were old and stinky. The upholstery chair so dirty that I can not event want to put my luggage over it, and the entire property looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. Outside is just as bad — the courtyard is overgrown and trashed, and there’s no lighting at night, making it feel completely unsafe. There’s no front desk staff to help with anything, and I never saw a single custodial worker during my stay. This place does not feel safe. There are some sketchy people that look like they are living there. The photos online are decieving. There’s no elevator. Being a motel we had to walk outside around the sketchy building in the middle of the night to get our uber to the airport. At least the room was clean.
