Park Inn by Radisson San Antonio Medical Center

Building had welcoming appearance. It was nice for the price. Although we didn't request a handicapped room, that's what we got, so the shower was amazing! Our toilet stopped up so they delivered a plunger, which fixed the problem, but it would have been great customer service if they offered to fix it for us too. We felt a little ignored whenever we passed by the front desk as the girl was always too busy on the phone to acknowledge us. Overall the room was cool, quiet and clean with only a $25 pet fee so we would probably stay again in the future.

Very convenient to the hospital. My sister is in there and we could easily walk over! Everything was great except the girl in the front was very straight faced, not welcoming, bothered. Carpets need cleaning! You can smell it,eww, and see the dirty carpets. We did enjoy our stay though!

The clerk was friendly. Although at the moment I walked into the hall. A strong bad oder smacked my face. I did my best to hold my breath, and to top it off, the room had a funny smell as well.

We stayed for one night. Check in was easy, the clerk was courteous. Our room was clean and supplied with everything we needed. I'd say it's pretty basic. The continental breakfast was disappointing. Coffee, packaged muffins and oranges was all that was offered. Overall, our stay was good. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a nice little Hotel, nice staff and clean rooms. I would have given a better rating if the beds did not have those bar things on the side of the bed that holds the mattress in place. I had two handicap accessible rooms, and those bars made it very difficult for my elderly handicap parents to get in and out of the beds and also was very difficult for me to get in and out of the bed in my handicap room. I am in a mobility chair, and the restroom was not easy to access for a person in a wheelchair or mobility chair. Like I said, if it was not for those issues I would have given the hotel a perfect score.
