Park Avenue Inn Victorville

I stay here and pay $2,400 a month and tell you the truth I'd be lucky if anything around here works the pools closed down but the owner's kid can go in it only. Ice machine always broke. Vending machines are broke. There's no laundry room for the guests to use and the owner says if I don't like it go live somewhere else. They had roaches and I paid $200 of my own money to get rid of them all. But every room here has them. None of the light fixtures work. And I find the new management Alex is very rude. Not as rude as the old owners but pretty close.

Stayed here as a quick easy find for the night on my way to Vegas with my 3 young sons. The front desk guy seemed like he hated working there and life in general, charged me about $95 bucks on my card said there was a $60 deposit. Checked out the next morning had a feeling they were going to try to charge my card for the $60 lo and behold, both $95 charge and $60 charge was on my account. Called them immediately the guy pretended to be interested and "looked" up my name and room...said the credit would come back. Never did. Be careful here. If the front desk is shady they're probably doing dishonest business. In my case, they were. God's watching. You took advantage of a single mother on her birthday trip with her 3 young sons. How do you people sleep at night.

A scam because why was I charged another $60 fee. Also, roaches EVERYWHERE and nothing clean? It’s extremely unsanitary and can make someone sick, especially the fact that I saw families with KIDS checking in. I’m an adult who came to stay for two nights to visit my SoCal friends so knowing I wouldn’t get a refund due to the horrible service, I just up and left. But seeing families with their kids checking in had me worried. I hope the families and their babies are okay!

This place was filthy! Roach everywhere, dirty sheets, pillows without pillow cases, red gooey stuff on the window seal & finger prints left everywhere! The floor & carpet was so dirty I didn’t dare take off my socks. And there was hair all over the toilet and in the shower. I’ll never go there again

We paid on booking.com and were asked flr a 40$ deposit that we were not given a receipt for. When I asked flr a receipt the gentleman said we coud obtain that online since we paid with booking.com. The first room had hair on one bed and no working shower. I called to notify and was told nothing could be done untill morning. We were moved rooms the next morning about 10 am. after insisiting. In the new room we stayed for an additional two days and the garbage was never taken out, the beds were not done daily our towels were taken and not replaced. When we asked for clean towels the gentleman said it was marked that 2 towels were placed however that was not true. (I saw many reviews after the fact that say they never got their deposit back. I hope thedon't t use the towels as an excuse to
