Located 6.5 mile from Bourbon street. Full hookups & laundry facility. Excepts passport america. Owner was very nice & friendly.

Stayed for almost a year and it was a horrible experience, too much for what it is actually worth. Lady was very unfriendly and very rude. Bathrooms were very filthy! Curtis was only nice to rich people or when you paid your lot rent. Constantly complaining about my dogs, he and his wife hate animals, and so loud all night long, freight trains all hrs of the day, sounds like a big quake, and Curtis and his wife watch everything you do, don't say I didn't warn ya! Don't waste your time and money here!Wouldn't recommend !

If you want real people treating you right, you want to stop here. Safe and quiet. Mr Curtis and Ms. May are both friendly and caring people who take care of this place. Gated with easy access to I-10. Priced right for the weary traveler. Close to downtown. Stop in and stay safe.

The owner was very nice. Wanted to make sure that we picked the site we wanted. Best comments first cement parking pad and gated and locked so security! Less then 10 minutes from the French Quarter. Laundry facilities all the ones I tried work, but I’m very old and worn. Bathroom’s are not clean. we were glad we had one on board. We were only staying for a few nights they took passport America and the price is right. If you’re looking for a Resort you may want to choose somewhere else. But for a parking lot, the place is doable!

Spent four days here. Nothing special no amenities which is fine for us. Everyone was helpful and pretty easy to get along with. The campground is next to the rail yard. The noise was not bad too us. You could hear the whistle occasionally. The campground is fenced and gated. It can be a little tight. For the money it was not bad.
