Paradise Point

The cabin was dated but lovely. The furnishings were showing wear (bed spread had some tears, carpet needed replacing/cleaned, sofa cushions needed cleaned) but were comfortable and worked well. The eating utensils were sparse and all the plates and cups mismatched but they still worked. The hot tub leaks but it worked well and we enjoyed our time in it. This cabin was lovely and close to where we wanted to be.

What an amazing place to vacation! Waking up to a crisp, beautiful sunrise over the picturesque Smoky Mountains was by far the most stunning part of my stay. Just imagine a misty cup of your favorite brew on the 2nd floor balcony while taking a morning dip in your personal hot tub, soaking in the view! I highly recommend staying here, but be sure to go shopping before you get there. The only downside is no food delivery, so you'll just have to survive off of home cooked meals!

Beautifully breathtaking views. Super clean and extremly cozy. A must for a chill vacation where you don't want to spend all your time running around constantly. Plenty of room and the hot tubs are phenomenal. Very affordable. Will definitely be back!

AMAZING VIEW. The cabin is in the legacy mountain resort. Close to town and all the attractions. Cabin has a loft with 2 futon mattresses, 2 sleeper sofas, and 1 king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable, fireplace, hot tub, and more.

The cabin itself is great expect their is only a tiny closet so most clothes stayed in luggage. The customer service from Timber Tops for check-in was by far the worst experience I have ever had. First I called around 11am to ask if the cabin had a coffee maker and they said no. When I arrived it actually had 2 a keurig and older style coffee maker. I arrived at the cabin at 320pm because I had groceries and wanted to get in. I called Timber Tops and Beth and answered. I asked her if the cabin was ready and she said it was still being cleaned ( I am ouside the cabin and no one is their). I asked her if she could call the cleaning company to see if and when it would be ready. She said no she couldn't and gave no explanation as to why she couldn't. I asked to speak to her supervisor.
