Paradise Inn & Suites

We picked this place because our normal was closed for the season. No disappointment here though. We had the hotel to ourselves for the first 2 nights and we loved every minute. Snowmobiling in the UP is why we came and it was a great trip. We will consider staying here again.

We just got back from our vacation to Paradise, MI. This is our third time staying at this hotel. This hotel never disappoints. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and a jacuzzi tub that is relaxing after a long day of hiking. Angela and all the staff are very accommodating. If you need something just ask and they will get it for you. Coffee was great in the morning! They do not have food there in the morning but we received coupons to The Goat Locker around the corner for breakfast which was good. Angela and the staff were always friendly and you could even joke with them and hold good conversations with them. We stayed for a whole week. We will stay at this hotel again when we come back to the U.P. They are all great!! And the price for the hotel was a good price as well. A great

This hotel is old & nasty. The room had an odor that we could not get out even with the windows open. You can hear every single noise from the other rooms, doors banging, talking, and even when they are peeing.||The cost of the room is absurd when you get nothing for your money (coffee pot empty in lobby (I made another pot), no breakfast, no pool, no hot tub). A hard bed that felt like we were sleeping on top of a bed spring. Water damage, no baseboard, rusted door frame, peeling wallpaper, holes in the wall still where pictures were removed, table with no chairs.||The person at the desk asked how the stay was. I told her all of this & she replied, "well, the hotel is old." That is not an excuse! Take pride in your place. Repair your things, paint, go to the flea market & buy pictures fo

I reserved a room because the great reviews and location to places of interest. There's not much in Paradise. But the leaves are changing so it's real pretty. Short drive to the falls. Nice front desk people. Beds and pillows are comfy. That's important. Slept great! They don't have breakfast but coffee is excellent. Restaurants nearby.

Stayed two nights here with my wife Vanessa. I cannot even begin to describe how pleasant our stay was. We booked a room with a jacuzzi and , trust me, it got plenty of use! We asked the nice young lady at the desk for recommendations on local places to eat. She recommended a pasty shop that was to DIE for. If you are ever in the area, I highly highly recommend staying here for great customer service, ambiance, and more.
