Palms Inn Airport Blvd

After being in room 206 for almost a week the manager tried to come and tell me that the owner looked on the cameras and said that because i leave the room too much i will need to check out the following day. When asked to elaborate on how me getting in my vehicle to leave regardless how much or the time of day, they could not give me a straight forward answer. Sometimes they’ll come knock on the door at 10:15 saying check out time also. Then, I work late night some times and don’t make in in until after 3, when i try to pay for the next day so i’m not interrupted they refuse payment and say i have to wait u til 8 for morning shift.

Got a room from here he told me it was two beds I went and saw the room it was only one I walked back down to get a 2 bed he said he didn’t have any so I asked for a refund so I could go to a different hotel he said he would refund it back on my card in 2/3 business days it should all be on my card…here comes 5 days still no refund I called he said called back at 5pm I called at 5pm he said call back in the morning meanwhile he owns this hotel he “issued the refund” and was the same person who lied and said it was a 2 bed, I asked for his name he said he wouldn’t give it to me so atp I will be getting the cops involved because I paid for a hotel I didn’t even stay in and didn’t get my money back

This place has changed so much since 2004! I loved the set-up. The parking area was clean and so was the room. I only gave 4 stars cause I love carpet in my rooms. Makes it more cozy, not so airy. Wish they were a partner of the Wyndham or Choice program. Good place to stay a couple nights.

Great room service and great rooms

I don’t get the people that give this 5 stars. Paid for two night because reviews were good. Ended up leaving after the 1st night. Smelled like cigarettes as soon as I entered. Bathroom had stains on mirror and shower curtains. Walls are so thin you can hear everything next room. Hardly slept due to so much noise in the next rooms. Also had bugs bite me during the night. Not worth it.
