Palm Cove RV Village

I have lived in this park for almost two years with along a lot of others that live here too! It is so nice, quiet and very convenient for me because I work a block away. Nancy (the park manager) can seem very brazen at first however once you get to know her and the park rules, you'll understand why! The no nonsense policy keeps the park very peaceful and super safe; especially for women and and small families that love here! Everyone in the park is super friendly and we all watch out for one another including our wonderful park manager, Nancy! She also is on top of any notifications we need to know about weather, maintenance or any other issues that may occur! For what we pay to park our RVs here is definitely a great deal! We had a wonderful stay here! The campground was very clean and well-kept, with convenient amenities like washers, dryers, and mailboxes for residents. It’s about a 25-minute drive to the beach, which was perfect for us. The price was excellent, and the management, especially Nancy <3, was absolutely amazing. She made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!

Be VERY leary of the manager at this place. The park seems very clean and tidy. The lots are not exactly spacious but they're definitely decent. But the manager, Nancy, is one of the most belligerent, unprofessional, nasty people I've ever encountered during a business transaction. I had a very clear cut conversation about when I could park my rig and when I would come back to make payment because she would be out all afternoon. Mind you, prior to the part I'm about to explain I thought she and I were going to be great friends and I was excited about long term camping here. But as I'm finishing hook up she pulled up on her golf cart cursing and dropping far too many F-bombs than what's natural for one sentence and threatening to call the police if I'm not gone in 30 minutes. Palm Cove is great place. It is a very clean, well maintained, well managed and quiet park. Nancy, the property manager, is so kind, highly available, and does a great job making sure your reservation, check-in and stay is the best. I arrived in pounding rain and that did not stop Nancy going the extra to get me taken care. I had no concerns walking through the park at night, coming and going at any hour, or using the laundry room (which was clean and reasonable). I highly recommend and hope to return!
