Palace Inn I-45 & Bellfort

do NOT stay there, it is nasty. waste of money and time, plenty of other hotels close with the same price for way nicer. smells like cigarettes, it’s dirty and the comforters are covered in burn holes.

Very clean almost like new. It's quiet. No bed bugs no roaches plumbing is good. Has flat screen tvs. The beds are king size and fluffy. Has microwave and iron with ironing board. Has a refrigerator and a small table with 2 chairs . They charged me $70 for a night on week day I'm happy if come back.

Nice room & clean . I like they have channels like NFL , NBA , cinemax. I was satisfied with the overall experience with the location. I was able to get some good rest during my stay. I don’t have any complaints with the environment and a great area.

I've stayed here many times and I love the jacuzzi room, but a few weeks ago on my birthday, I got a room with my good friend for a few hours. I wasn't completely sure what exact time the check out was but when it got close, I started getting ready. I get the phone call that it's time, I answered and no one said anything. Few minutes later, I am using the bathroom with the door open, I am the only one in the room at this point, I hear a knock at the door and without warning the older manager walks in the room!! I yelled hello, like what are you doing?!!! Not trying to write an essay, but I was so offended especially when the manager came back with security to escort me off the premises. Made for a nice birthday. 👌

I will never stay at this location again. Decided to stay here because I was too exhausted from the hospital & I knew I couldn’t make it home. Man who answered the phone was rude as hell! But I wasn’t tripping because I was exhausted and just needed to sleep. He told me it was $70 for the night. I get there, & he then said it was $78 and when I told him he said it was $70 on the phone is when he had a caught look on his face. I wonder why he gave me a different price in person. I wonder if it’s because I’m black? Idk. But as far as the rooms, I’m 50/50. PROS: Bed is super comfortable. TV was the best part of the room honestly, it’s a super nice 50 inch smart tv. Comes with ironing board & coffee maker as well. CONS: Saw multiple roaches this morning, there was hair in the tub, & room need
