Palace Inn Blue I-45 & Woodridge

I was very impressed on how clean the room is and the outside as well. Management is extremely nice and took care of all my needs. I felt really safe here and the prices are very reasonable. Will stay here again. Restroom and beds are really clean and I stayed here with my spouse and two children

I arrived late, but the front desk personnel was very friendly. The room turned out to be recently remodeled and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic, the shower and bathroom as clean as any I've stayed in for quite some time. The breakfast was coffee, apples, and danish, kinda on the low end. The rooms are close to a freeway, but the noise is not bad.

My girlfriend got sick with food poisoning and threw up on the floor shortly after check-in. I cleaned the best I could with towels and went to the desk to ask for housekeeping to get some fresh towels and mop up. I was told by the front desk guy I'd have to wait until 7pm (it was 5:55) for the maid to come on duty, and that he'd send her straight to our room. By 7:15 nobody had come so I went back to the front desk. Turns out the guy who I had spoken to clocked out at 6:30 and never told housekeeping anything. He straight up just lied to my face. The night shift guy was extremely rude and told me I'd have to "wait my turn" for housekeeping, who had started at the other end of the hotel. I told him this was unacceptable and I need the room looked at now because my girlfriend and I didn't w
