Palace Inn Blue Hwy 6 & Westpark Tollway

I booked a room here the lady at the front desk ask me for my pin for my credit card I provided. Remind you I’ve booked there before and the guy at the front desk never asked for a pin. I wrote my pin down on paper, because someone else was in the lobby as well. Before I left I asked the lady for the paper back. She proceeded to tell me she needed the paper 😒 with my pin on it. Like be serious! I’m not the one you should be scamming! They need a better cleaning crew the showers are very gross between the creases in the wall. That is mildew! The beds aren’t properly made with an actual fitted sheet. The little mediocre garnishment they serve in the morning that is far from breakfast. Stop telling people y’all serve breakfast!

The place feels like a somewhat nicer road side motel. The location is not rememberable, in the lobby you are greeted with a large security glass window. Room keys are given to you with a post note stuck to it with the room number. The rooms themselves are average but the bed is horrible unless you like your bed as stiff as a sheet of plywood. The bathrooms with walk in showers are nice and a bit out of place for the room. Instead of a closet they provide you with a rod in the bathroom with no hangers. Overall the place feels very spartan.

The man at the desk is super rude. I actually came here to use their ev charger station and he didn’t believe the car was mine. Even though I had the keys in my hand. All I asked was for some water to clean my travel cup and he told me to get out. Extremely rude and highly likely to be racist. Don’t come here if you aren’t a foreigner.

Bad service the guy who is in the office attends very badly I was using the rooms for a long time and then the gentleman told me that he could not rent me more rooms because we left dirty and that is something that every person does when they go as a couple nothing out of normal I think it was rude because it is a hotel and it is a business that he has to understand very bad service

Extremely rude short, bald man behind counter. I'd even say possibly racist. I checked in today 3/15 around 3pm paid $80 for the room, got my key and went to the room. As soon as I got in the room I noticed the air vents in the restroom were pretty loud and they sounded broken with a strange clacking sound. I closed the restroom door hoping to dround the sound out but it was still loud. The noise was intermittent so I tried to deal with it but decided to call the office an hour after I checked in to inform the manager on duty. The same short, bald man who checked me in told me there was nothing he could do and I could leave the property. He escalated things for absolutely no reason.
