What keeps me coming back is not just the clean, modern rooms or the excellent location—but the exceptional staff. The location is hard to beat—surrounded by a variety of retail stores, fast food options, diverse restaurants, grocery markets (great for both budget and health-conscious guests), and even a well-known membership gym. The parking lot is brightly lit and well-maintained, which adds a strong sense of safety, especially when arriving late. The rooms are clean and offer modern conveniences. I had to find a place to stay for a couple days while renovations were happening at my house and found this NEWLY built and opened hotel in the area and am so so glad I came across this gem!!!! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The rooms are absolutely spotless and impeccably clean, and honestly, the rooms and entire property just gives off upscale boutique vibes. The lobby is warm and inviting and they offer complimentary beverages and treats which is a huge bonus. Most importantly, I felt safe throughout my stay there. I hope this place does really well because you can tell they put so much attention to detail(which not many places do these days) to everything from cleanliness to customer service. Will definitely be back again!

Awesome customer service! This hotel is brand NEW and super clean!!! The front desk staff were always so helpful and kind. Always had a smile and House keeping staff were so friendly, always smiled, always waved and were great at maintaining a clean room. The rooms were really spacious! 10/10 recommend. Felt really safe here too. Wish there were more hotels like this one! Will deff be staying here again!!!

I love this hotel! For any visitors coming to Houston who need a place to stay, I suggest the Palace Inn Blue. It's brand new and offers a spacious and clean interior, a kitchen with a countertop stove, and a bathroom. The ladies who provide cleaning service are kind, and the customer service here is top-notch, ensuring you have the best experience during your stay. I would love to see this place grow with more people coming in. A suggestion I would love to see incorporated is a laundry room and maybe some vending machines. My little brother loves the slushy machine here! 😅
