Palace Inn 610 & MLK

Use to like coming here. But one person was let into my room for 5 minutes and the hotel staff tells me I can no longer rent there. I had 500+ times that I had rented a room and even referred friends. I could understand if it was an upscale hotel where there is security. But this hotel is not close to being one. This hotel no longer has my business. It's been 4 years and counting.

Well we only stayed a few hrs😏 but when we got there it was hot as hell in the room!! The covers did in fact have cigarette burns in them but it was pretty clean. The shower head was hanging from the wall basically but we didn't use the shower but it's noticeable. It looked janky!🤷🏿‍♀️

My boyfriend and I got this room because we were going to a party not far away. We had a couple of friends come over before to meet up for a couple of hours and the manager flipped out about it. We were able to pay him $20 extra to be able to have our friends stay for 2 hours. We went out and when we got back, our key wouldn't work. The manager came out and told us we had to wait 5 minutes because we had bottles in the room. I don't know why he was even in our room between 1-6am. Anyways, he wouldn't give us that room and made us get a different one. The whole ordeal seems extremely sketchy. Why were you in our room? Why couldn't we stay in the room we were originally in? I will never stay here again because of the owner. Such a jerk.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The TV wasn't working. The people at the front desk didn't know the Wi-Fi passcode
