This was my first time in Honolulu and my boyfriend’s third. We booked this place for 1000$ on trivago, thinking we got a good deal , but unfortunately we were very much mistaken. 1. When we got there they told us we had to pay a amenities tax despite the pool and floating restaurant basically being closed our entire stay. As well as pay for parking and a 200$ deposit. This added an extra 1100$ to our total, costing more than what we paid originally! We asked for an invoice breakdown and never got it, even when we called again 2 weeks later. 2. Trivago said we had a kitchenette, but we had nothing except for a tiny barely working mini fridge. You also had to pay more if you wanted to “rent” a microwave for the day. 3. The only reason this gets 2 stars was the nice upgraded rooms and the 5$

Excellent hotel with great brekfast provided at special rate of $5. Great location and safe area. Parking can be found on the street or paying a fee with the hotel. Very satisfied with the staff.

The hotel staffs are kind and professionals. The room is spacious and amenities are nicely done I think. My husband loved their bed linens. The blanket was so soft and comfy. You can walk to Alamoana center, Walmart and Target. We were able to get some snacks at Alamoana food court many times and it was very convenient!

Horrible experience from day 1. During check in we were notified of a $43/day resort fee. Per their current website on many platforms they have a restaurant, a beautiful garden area and a decent size pool. Restaurant is under construction, the garden is closed off due to construction and the pool can maybe fit 5-8 people if you stand still. So what exactly is there resort fee for? My husband and I are very aware that the housekeepers have difficult jobs and try to help as much as possible, we have been taking out the majority of our trash to the outside garage instead of leaving it outside our door. They clean the rooms every 4 days. On Day 8 cleaning day we received a phone call from the front desk stating they were going to charge us extra for cleaning due to the amount of trash in the r

Catching up on this review from this past November. It was my first visit here. The hotel seems hidden in my opinion. My room was nice and the mattress was comfortable. I hadn't seen roll-up louvered windows in a minute. Friendly, courteous staff and a good rate. I found the location to be convenient as well. Also, the street noise is far less than the other inner-city hotels. Definitely recommend! Five Stars here. Maybe my next visit I'll try the breakfast here.
