Pacific Shores Inn

The bed was nice. The room lacked any kind of style no pictures on wall big room for a sitting area but really nothing to sit on. Alot of wasted space. Outlets in nightstands only worked on o e side.but room was clean. In order to make coffee you had to unplug the fridge or microwave.

I love Morro bay , and this hotel was perfectly placed close by the down town. Check in was easy. She asked if we were ok with a second story room because there were stairs ( no elevator) so I thought that was thoughtful. We couldn’t hear our neighbors but definitely could hear the people above us. Having said that perhaps a third floor would be better if you don’t want to hear any noise and you’re OK with the staircase. They have a little patio that faces the ocean and your door opens to the “the rock” Both the bathroom and the room were clean. Comes with a small microwave and fridge. The price is perfect. I would highly recommend walking not drinking into town if you’re able. Really easy and the bay view is gorgeous. We woke up for sunrise and sunset , walking down to the harbor. |Th

Positive: Location is excellent and central! Negative: The room was not clean. We’ve stayed here before and somehow this time was worse than last. Sheets and towels were either stained or dirty. Walls, etc. needed a good wipe down. Wall socket didn’t have a cover??

Can’t say a bad word about this hotel. Admittedly visiting in November, so the price was great. The room had a great view of Morro Rock (ocean view king) and was a really short walk into town. The sea otter ‘nursery’ is just at the bottom of the road. A short walk to Carla’s Country Kitchen for breakfast. ||Super clean room. Linens were soft. Bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, warm welcome from the lovely lady at reception. Beautiful, peaceful location 2 blocks from the ocean. Very limited ocean view. Room was ok but air conditioning unit either wasn’t operating to capacity or was insufficient for the room size. Room carpet (304) is well overdue a thorough clean! Overall a good place to stay.
