Laurie was so friendly and extremely helpful when inquiring to book. Katy taking the booking, not so much. (Will update the experience after our stay) Update: Very friendly and helpful check-in gentleman. The room was much better than expected for the price. The furniture was newer, but the rug was older. Thankfully, no unpleasant odors.

I stayed here on the 4th of July weekend. It costs close to 200.00 for 2 people including tax and you are allowed 1 vehicle. I had 2 queen size beds, a shower with a bathtub in a large bathroom, an iron board & iron, a 1 cup coffer maker, small frig, hairdryer, air conditioning mounted fan but no microwave. It is clean. Cleaning staff is friendly. Pretty window boxes with red and white geraniums.||Great things about this place: It is 3 minutes to the beach on foot. ||Convenience to the Rollover Cafe right next door for wraps, muffins, iced coffees and treats, an arcade across the street, a small gift store. a convenience store a few steps up the street that has trinkets and things you want to take to the ocean and some milk, beer, kites and such. We stayed in the Ox Cart last week (July, 2014) and enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean, and the location to the beach was wonderful. We were within walking distance of the beach, but not ON the beach and paid a much lower price. Beautiful landscaping. The office staff could not have been more helpful.

The room was standard. No frills. Part of bathroom wall board was laying on floor. Heating was poor. Shivered all night.

Not that clean and carpet reaked of mold.ceiling had water stains from leaking issues.
