This place is a gem. A tad pricey but worth it to get away from the monotony of a hotel. Our unit was right on the bay. The water on our 1st day was very low but as the winds shifted the water started to flow into Back Bay which was just incredible to watch. Overnight the water rose to edge of the yard. Ducks, heron and BIG fish followed. We saw some big fish jumping which you can fish for right from the yard. I definitely recommend booking a water front unit. The unit itself #47 was so cozy yet roomy. Fully stocked kitchen. Large wrap around deck, private yard with trees and tall grasses. The community is very friendly and quiet hours are respected. Great place! The staff was very helpful and courteous. The store and the building is very clean and modern. There is a patio for people to hide in the shade. Our family rented multiple jet skis and had a great time. Water staff was helpful and had someone out in the water for oversight and safety. We had a fantastic visit. Thank you!

Our place was right on the water. The place was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. They had a lot of the small things that most places don't leave for you like salt, pepper, sugar, cleaning supples toilet paper and paper towels. We we're very impressed. Amazingly quaint and calm RV camping area. Nothing at all like Virginia beach. I had a very pleasant stay. (There's plenty for everything to do, so you don't necessarily have to be a beach person. If you are, the beach is 10 min walk from the site.) There's 2 outdoor pools on the site, a tennis court, and a boat and kayaking area.

We have rented the same camper 4x now through Airbnb. Love the quiet atmosphere, beach and amenities
