⭐ 1 out of 5 stars|Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend||I had a very unpleasant experience at Oneway Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the issues started. The water in the shower was ice cold, and when I reported it to the front desk, I was told someone would be sent to check it—but no one ever came. This happened multiple times, and each time I was given the same excuse with no follow-through.||Every morning I had to ask for basic necessities like towels and toilet paper, even though I was told housekeeping comes daily. That was clearly not true. The staff repeatedly lied or made excuses rather than actually fixing the problem.||To make matters worse, the heating and air conditioning system in my room was completely nonfunctional. It was either too hot or too cold with no w

Positive: Rooms were clean spacious very much updated very neat very clean very nice place Negative: Didn't like not having any customer service after midnight or so if you got locked out of your room and my card barely worked you'd be stuck sleeping in your car because nobody was there to help you

If i could give the hotel a zero star review I would. Hotel won't allow you to check in before 4 pm. The hotel has no workers in the lobby after 8 PM. No cable nor hot water in the room. You're better off sleeping in your car. I've stayed in hostels in 3rd world countries that have better accommodations and services.

We stayed in August 2025 and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The shower didn’t get hot and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. In another room of our family, the mattress was sunken and the toilet flush didn’t work. The hotel has good facilities but needs more attention to maintenance, cleaning, and pest control.

Update: I have received my money. I drove to the hotel to discuss the matter. The young lady who served me was super sweet. She explained the delay and apologized. Previous Post: I booked a room for a client from May 19 - May 22. She loved the hotel and all went well. However, I am very disappointed that they have not returned the $100 dollar deposit added for incidentals. The room was left neat and their were NO issues. I have called the hotel numerous times and was promised I would received my refund in 5-7 days and to date, I still have not received my refund. This is very disappointment because I thought I had found a reasonably nice place. I just wish they would consider better communications.
