Your customer service is phenomenal, which is why I rated the hotel highly—truly exceptional, 10+ stars.||||Unfortunately, I stayed over New Year’s Eve, and the noise level was an issue. I understand it was a holiday and guests were frequently coming and going, but the door slamming was extremely loud. Something really needs to be done to address this, as the doors do not seem to have any mechanism to prevent them from slamming shut.||||There were also a few room-related issues. Each time we showered, the toilet tissue roll became saturated, and there was little we could do to prevent it. The hot water pressure at the bathroom sink was very low; while the shower pressure was strong enough to compensate, this was still a concern. The room was also quite stuffy with no noticeable ventilation

My Family decided to have our Christmas at the Omni. And we were not disappointed. Leah. Gave us excellent customer service. We need extra things in the room and she made sure we were satisfied. The room was great. My only complaint is that we had the Governor Suite. It only comes with one Bed. So you have all that square footage and no let-out couch. But you have a let-out couch in other smaller rooms. Please correct that. But everything thing else was Great! Room was Clean. Service was Spectacular. Leah made me feel Valued. She's definitely in the right business.

I can’t say enough about this hotel! The location is fabulous- right in the heart of Michigan Ave. The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so kind & welcoming (shoutout to the doorman w/the cool mustache & Sandor K)! They served free hot cocoa & cider in the lobby in the evenings, which was a nice treat to warm up from the bitter cold! My girls had the American Girl experience & were met in the room with doll beds, cookies, & special letters. An added bonus to the hotel is the Harry Potter store (yay, butterbeers)! Thanks for such a special stay— would highly recommend!

The location of this hotel is absolutely terrific—convenient, central, and within walking distance to everything I needed. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable.However, I was very disappointed to find a large (approximately 2-inch) cockroach in the bathroom. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this really impacted my overall impression of the stay.If the hotel improves its pest control and cleanliness standards, it could be a great place to stay given its prime location. Until then, I’d be hesitant to return.
