Omni Bretton Arms Inn at Mount Washington

Omni delivered excellent customer service all around, breakfast buffet was very nice quality, shuttle to main hotel was easy for spa and other amenities, the HEATED OUTDOOR POOL, was a constant 90 degrees, and was amazing experience even on a 2 degree day with windchill at -19. Definitely take gondola to Rosemount Lodge EVEN IF YOU ARENT SKIING! and make sure to take the history tour... The history element was a main reason we chose this over other ski resorts and we weren't disappointed... (Ask about the trap doors and the tunnels). Worth it... Have fun!!

A small, top tier and fully updated century (+) old country inn augmented by the luxury amenities and resort facilities of the historic Omni Mount Washington (ne Bretton Woods) Hotel - only a short walk away by a woodland trail. The best of both worlds. |The complimentary continental breakfast is beyond generous with extraordinary pastries, a wide variety of fresh fruit, and hot cereals augmented with various dried fruits and maple syrup, of course. The Dining room is a destination in itself and is reviewed separately. |The hospitality staff was warm and welcoming, exemplified by Dennis Wagner. I look forward to seeing him again on my next visit. |Parking is close by which is very helpful for skiers visiting Bretton Woods and other areas nearby.

Loved it if you can't get a room up the hill stay here. Easy walk up or shuttle will run u up... So nice. Our room had a fridge. Richard Rollins is truly AMAZING ! Great great great. His knowledge is second to none... Absolutely made our stay.

My family has been coming to this inn and the main hotel twice a year for 20 years, and things have deteriorated so badly that it will likely break our tradition. When we walked into our room, there was food in the fridge and crumbs on the table. When my daughter went to get into bed at 1130, she discovered somebody else’s dirty socks under the covers!! The sheets on the bed clearly hadn’t been changed after the previous guests. The desk clerk switched our rooms, but there was no one there to help us with our bags for this pajama-clad midnight room switch. The new room was also dirty. There was trash on the floor and hairs in the bathroom. Weekend stay with family visiting the White Mountains. The Inn has an old world charm - low key and relaxed, and friendly staff on the front desk. Continental breakfast was good quality and set us up for the day. The hotel is part of the Mount Washington resort and a (reportedly) complimentary shuttle bus is on hand to take guests to the main hotel (2 minutes away) where lots more facilities and restaurants are available. Room was clean with reasonable space for the four of us - comfortable and no major complaints. It's certainly got some age to it, but some of the recent negative reviews feel a little overdone. ||We used the hotel as a base to get around the area visiting historic sites, towns such as North Conway, and going along the Kancamagus Highway. ||We were overall pleased with the
