Customer Reviews
Definitely ease of use for setting up lift tickets. Great views around slopes. Plenty of staff to handle any observations or concerns regarding skiing in the area. Parking is tight. There is a security managed drop off area to be used by skiers with gear. It is the largest local ski resort with regular transport to/from the ski area and resort. The Mt Washington resort is currently being renovated. For the time being, the spa remains open and is lovely. Thank you Krista and Thea for your excellent care and support.
The best place on planet earth. I have a house right around the area and go to the hotel and the ski mountain a lot. The area is unlike anything, there is so much to do you will never run out of ideas. The hotel is incredibly nice, very big and a lot of restaurants and activities, great vacation place. Very tradition. In the winter the skiing is spectacular, it is always my go to mountain, a lot of trails and snow. So much to do and great food. In the summer, the gold courses are really nice and so are the outdoor and indoor pools. Great local fishing areas and so much more. The service is great, super nice people and quick service no matter what you are doing. The hotel has so many different areas and is just such a nice place to be. There is no place in the world I would rather be. I hig
Enrolled for a ski lesson here. Keith and Gene were great instructors and patiently walked us through and supported in our baby steps on the snow. Great detail about the technique and gave constructive feedback - of what to improve with each iteration. We’ll definitely visit again. The staff were great and very helpful with changes to our reservation. Really appreciated their willingness to help, particularly Casey. We’re grateful for the experience! Thank you.
This is an amazing mountain for intermediate skiers. Tons of groomed blue cruisers here and there are some easier mogul and glade runs to explore too. The snow was also great when I went, not many icy patches at all despite it being a pretty breezy day. And I love the view of Mt. Washington from the top of the gondola. My only complaint is the price of the food in the lodge. Over $30 for a pre-made burger and fries with a bottled water is crazy. I had a similar meal at Killington - which was made to order, not just wrapped and put on a heat rack - and it was just $25. I get that food at ski resorts is supposed to be expensive but this was a bit ridiculous.
Overall good skiing. The area is very sparce for hotels, bar, and restaurants outside the resort (little to no apres ski) The resort is Very family oriented. They allow non skiers up to the summit lodge via the gondola. So you'll get A LOT of non skiers just taken up space up there which sucks.
