Our stay at Old Town Bluffton Inn was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The reception was welcoming, the lobby was beautifully appointed and inviting. The two staff members Shelby and Josie there when we checked in were genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was wonderful as well, thoughtful and delicious, and added to the overall feeling that this place truly cares about its guests. They had sausage biscuits, fruit, yogurt granola and much more. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the compassion shown during an unexpected health issue I developed while staying there. This was our third year in a row at the Old Town Bluffton Inn (same time every year). We love the property, the rooms and the staff. We stay here when visiting family that are local, and we love the location. The little breakfast is hot and perfect, but for me the highlight is the Pluff Mudd coffee. It's a treat every year. Thanks for the consistently good experience.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find the Old Town Bluffton Inn to be the most friendly, lovely, charming and comfortable spot! We live nearby and always admired it from the outside as we walked or drove by. As my husband’s birthday approached, we decided to dine and sleep in Old Town Bluffton. From the second we walked in the front door, expectations were exceeded! The decor is extremely beautiful and welcoming. The owner Daniele and her staff were the most friendly and accommodating people. Loved chatting with all of them and we also spent time chatting with other guests in the lobby. It’s a very happy place. Our room was immaculate and beautiful. We travel a lot and I have to mention that I found this bed and linens to be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Wonderful experience at the Bluffton Inn. Every detail is so carefully thought out and beautifully implemented. Very private, very clean, very well appointed rooms with quality furnishings, decor and linens. Extremely friendly staff that make you feel like family and couldn’t be more accommodating. They share a simple and perfect homemade breakfast each day with a wonderful variety of packaged and homemade snacks and drinks available to guests throughout the day. They host a happy hour each afternoon where guests and staff mingle, relax and share experiences and recommendations. The owners are often on site and our only regret is that we were so busy in town that we didn’t get to spend much time with them. A genuine feeling of southern hospitality and charm surrounds you when you step in The Old Town Bluffton Inn. From the beautifully decorated living room to the magnificent bar and on up to the rooms each corner tells a story of all the thought that went in to the planning. Each of the inn keepers we met were absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for us. Freshly baked homemade chocolate chip cookies were waiting for us on arrival! We also met the owner Danielle who took time from her busy day to chat with us. Breakfast was in the true southern spirit with a perfectly baked biscuit, sausage ball (homemade of course) and many other home baked options. A wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return!
