Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Just stayed 1 night Dec 29, The stay was great, all the staff were great. Front desk Sherri and another woman can't remember her name starts with Tob ?? Pleasant, the breakfast staff so nice. The room was clean and had everything you needed. good hot water, the shower even had shelves to place your soap and shampoo, good ac/heat, great products in the room, Dove products, Angel soft TP, and Real Kleenex tissues. Soft pillows and firm, Free parking, free breakfast, which was good and decent. Coffee, tea, cookies, popcorn free, great location. nothing bad. would stay again.

I contacted the hotel before arriving and they accommodated my need for a room close to the elevator. Upon arrival the Staff was very Welcoming and allowed me an early check in. The front desk Staff from check in to check out Ms Sherri, Mrs Dena, & Mrs Rockeyea are assets to hospitality very friendly and caring. Our room was spacious and clean to my liking The pillow and bed was comfortable. The pool was very nicely kept. The complement food spread had a lot of variety and tasted delicious. Thank you. I will be back .

Spent 8 nights here in early November, visiting our son who goes to USCB. This is a really modern feeling hotel. Everything in the hotel was clean, especially the rooms. Bed was really comfortable ( the most important thing ) and the bathroom had great water pressure. All of the staff we interacted with were great. Breakfast was American hotel breakfast and did the job - bonus points for having English muffins, the only hotel of the 5 we stayed in on our trip which did. Plenty of eating and shopping nearby and a quick trip to Hilton Head Island and the Tanger Outlets.

The stay was awesome. Friday night when we arrived we were pleasantly greeted and told we had an upgrade which was lovely. However the upgrade didn't really meet our expectations since we prefer to be on the highest floor and away from the elevators. The front desk tried their best to get us in a room that we would prefer however there was nothing available. The room was very nice and spacious. There are not many things to complain about as this stay was very nice. Although in our room the faucet in the bathtub was rather loose, but didn't affect the functionality. The other thing that was a bit more of a pain was that the door to the stairwell would slam every time someone would enter or exit. This may just need to have an adjustment on the hinge to make it a little quieter.

We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn at least four times now, and it’s always been a great place for us. Very convenient location with plenty of food choices nearby, plus a Target close by which makes things easy. There’s even a pizza spot right around the corner with a great salad and wings. The front desk staff has always been friendly, the breakfast is good, and overall it’s a comfortable stay. Pricing is usually fair — sometimes a little higher depending on the season — but they do a good job working with you if you’re a member. Highly recommend.
