Best Western Plus Bluffton / Hilton Head Hotel

The front office staff was amazing. My husband had surgery, and they truly went above and beyond for us. Everyone we came into contact with at the hotel was so friendly and kind, and the property was incredibly clean. From the moment we walked in, I knew we had made the right decision staying here. Thank you so much to the sweet staff who made this hotel feel like home during our stay. We will definitely be back!

This hotel was in a great location and very convenient to various shopping and other amenities. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were of good quality. The buffet breakfast had numerous offerings and coffee was available all day.

This is a brand new hotel and everything was spotless. Easy check-in and very friendly customer service team. The rooms were quiet too! Next time in the area, we will likely stay again.

Starting off, we loved the staff! Everyone from the front desk attendant to the ladies overseeing breakfast — the entire staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. The room was definitely a decent size and we have no complaints with the cleanliness. The only negative we have was the noise. We had a room on the first floor and the room echoed everything. We could hear every other door being opened and closed and we could hear water in the walls around us from the plumbing inside the walls — there would be loud, rushing water sounds from flushing and from showers. I couldn't sleep because of the noise, but I'm a very light sleeper anyway — I'll say that my husband slept fine. All-in-all, if we we're ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again, if

A budget motel. Friendly staff. Good internet. Plenty of outlets for charging. We chose for location near our relatives. They offer a kitchenette room but it comes with no essentials such as pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses etc. HVAC runs constantly even when turned off.
