Excellent customer service! Great staff (Aesha) Photos of setup for the Superbowl. Thank you so much. That was very thoughtful. She has made my extended stay here a very enjoyable time. Ms. Rivera is a very positive, courteous & professional person who is a pleasure to talk with. She greets every one with a smile and pleasant comments daily. I highly recommend visiting this location.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but the clean rooms, roomy shower, comfortable beds - and most importantly, the GREAT, friendly staff - made this stay quite enjoyable. The breakfast choices were limited, but it really wasn't an issue and the coffee was quite good. The location was great too. It's a short drive to many smaller towns with shops a food choices. For a low cost hotel, you should definitely keep this one on your radar.

Best house on Hilton Head look no further! We had 15 people ages 4 to 90 in this house and there was both outside and inside space for all. 3 covered patios, every bedroom had its own bathroom, the dining table was large enough to eat together for dinner. It was impeccably clean and updated. There was tv/lving area on 2 floors, kitchen was huge and stocked with everything- it even had 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators in kitchen and full refrigerator with sink and counter in pool area. The kids loved the pool after the beach with huge outdoor tv and large freestanding hot tub which was under cover so if it rained you still had a place to enjoy. The rental company could not have been better. This area of the beach was not crowded even on 4th of July. I have tried to think of somethin

Positive: Staff were excellent, professional and responsive to some initial concerns with a billing glitch, which was quickly corrected. Reception and Housekeeping Staff were excellent and went the extra mile when we had questions. Negative: It was a clean, no frills hotel but that was consistent as was advertised. A practical hotel for a budget trip with additional amenities available (hair dryer) by asking at Front desk.

They really messed up the construction on the relatively new building. In my room, I could hear every footstep of the person in the room above me. As well as hearing the footsteps (at all hours), the ceiling creeked when they walked. The floor was (cheaply) tiled and was cold all the time. The mattress was bad, giving me a backache in the morning. Every time a guest room door closed (at all hours), it slammed and coud be heard inside my room. I had to wear earplugs in order to sleep. The "grab-n-go" breakfast was almost nothing, pre-packaged mini-muffins and granola bars. The only good thing about the room was the size of the TV.
