OKC HOTEL

I booked online yesterday which was a good deal, but once I got to the hotel they told me that all their "pet rooms" were full and they wouldnt put me in a regular room because I have service dog. First off its against the ADA to deny any room period if I have a service dog. It doesn't matter all your pet rooms are full, you are supposed to accommodate anyone with a service animal no matter your polocy or your rooms. I also couldnt get a refund through the hotel or the booking service because the hotel said dont give it back. Dont worry though, I will be filing a complaint with the ADA and the state of Oklahoma on your hotel. HAVE A GREAT DAY.

From the moment we walked in to check in, we were treated amazing. It smelled so clean and our room was the same way. We will definitely be staying here again.

For the price it's a pretty good deal!

Absolutely disgusting hotel I go in and it smelled bad of cigarettes, I didn’t even get a smoking room. My sheets were definitely not washed and were used, the bed is hard as rocks, and the shower pressure is equivalent to a small water fountain just spits on you basically, the tv doesn’t work, and to top it off the room had roaches and crickets. Never staying here again.

From the moment I stepped in the office, I was handled with care and compassion. I asked questions and got all the answers I needed to make OKC Hotel the best choice. They let me check in way earlier than 3pm, they understood my plight and what I was doing in OKC . I was truly grateful for their kindness. The rooms were clean and smelled wonderful...I actually tipped the cleaning lady b4 we moved in. She worked hard bc we were early. OKC HOTEL...has become my go to place whenever I need a spot during my travels. Thank you
