Ocean27 Hotel

Booked two nights to see the Neptune festival sand sculptures. Wanted to sit on our balcony for sunrise. That was the ONLY redeeming thing about this place. Had stayed before and it was just barely acceptable but this time was totally unacceptable! Asked for third floor (got it) but the toilet wouldn't flush and there was no water in the tank. The light in the ceiling just inside the door wouldn't come on beyond a dim flicker. Went back and got moved to the room next door. Decided it was acceptable but later after settling in, discovered the door security lock was totally broken off. The TV remote wouldn't do anything other than change channels (had to use the buttons on the back for everything else). The fridge was so full of ice the top shelf was unusable. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty, the fan was unbearably noisy, and there were even cockroaches inside. When I complained, the staff (including the manager, Jimmy) told me they would issue a refund because they admitted the room was in bad condition. But afterward, they went back on their word and refused to refund me. On top of that, they charge $15 just for parking. The service was unprofessional and dishonest, and the manager was very unpleasant to deal with. I do not recommend this hotel at all save yourself the trouble and choose another place to stay.

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible — Stay Away! I’ve never had such a miserable hotel experience in my life. The staff at Hotel Ocean 27 were some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered — completely dismissive, cold, and downright unpleasant. You’d think you were bothering them by simply checking in. The room? Dingy, outdated, and barely cleaned. The walls are paper thin, so I got to enjoy my neighbors’ TV blasting all night long. The bathroom smelled like mildew and the shower pressure was a joke. This place isn’t worth a single star, let alone your money. Hotel Ocean 27 somehow manages to turn a beachside location into a complete disaster. Save yourself the frustration and stay literally anywhere else

The worst Hotel I have ever experienced till now, The Manager was so rude and objectifying. The washroom was not neat, we have changed 2 rooms in the first hour, one washroom doesn’t have lock, the other washroom water was continuously leaking, and Bath rub has full of molds and spots. Flush didn’t work. we have requested for refund and planned to move out but manager didn’t approve. On top of it He talked so ruthlessly with us, saying like we are wantedly doing this. Bullshit Ever!

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! I wish I read reviews before coming, shame on me. I am seriously thinking about sleeping in my car. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Sheets stained, vent dripping water and black, tub looks like someone threw up and only 1 towel..... When I told front desk the room was gross she acted shocked but I didnt expect any other response from her really. Oh and they change you an additional $8 "resort fee" when you check in. I paid a resort fee through booking.com amd she said thats there charge we dont get that. How does booking.com charge a resort fee and keep it? Come on...
