Ocean Side Court

My family and myself enjoyed our stay at Oceanside in number 10. We’ve been coming for years and we’re very pleased at the new renovations we seen, new flooring kitchen has been completely remodeled they even got new furniture . We slept comfortably on the new beds.. Billy and her team did a great job remodeling. Our room felt like home! Nice and cozy. We enjoyed our nice And very affordable vacation right next to the beach! We were also thrilled to see The large outside shower very accommodating . Oceanside will forever be our Vacationing spot. The staff has always been extremely welcoming and Tentative. Thank you guys

This place has SO much potential! I love the older cottage on the beach vibe. Grounds/common areas were great, no complaints. The unit, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. The mattress must have been original to the buildings, maybe from the 60's? (I believe the one chair was, too!) Sank to the box springs and everytime you move in the bed, the noise from the mattress would wake the dead! The most uncomfortable we've EVER slept on! The coffee pot was put together from 3 different pots. None of which worked together. We bought filters and came back to find out it wouln't even work. The shower curtain had mold and mildew on it. You guys can replace those for a few bucks after each rental! The internet did get fixed, but it was a shock to come back from the beach and there was a tota

The tub had hair in it (a lot) and the fixtures were dirty but otherwise clean and perfect location. For the price it was OK for a budget vacation.

Had a great time and not a problem with the room whatsoever. Great location and great beach access. Kitchen came with everything you needed

Awful mattress, rooms are musty and smell like smoke. Faucets are rusty. Water smells awful and musty. Mold on outside shower surround. ||From the pictures when booking you can tell it’s outdated and that’s fine. This was a guys trip we didn’t need a 5 start resort. But cleanliness and having unkept maintenance items should be a minimum requirement before renting out a unit. ||I won’t use KEES again.
