Ocean Cove Motel

My husband and I checked in on Saturday, we went to dinner and when we |came back to the room, we decided to just go home. Wehen we checked in, we were|told that we would get 150.00 dep back. called today and was told we would not get it |because 2 wash clothes, a towel, and a bath mat was missing. Tried to talk to gentleman on the phone but he pretty much said I was lying. I did not take these items and really is that worth $150

Horrible. Unsafe room in 201. Door inbetween units with no visible lock. Only desk keeping it from opening. Have pictures. Went in saw it. Checked out. Did not get refunded. Even though Booking dot com said it was unsafe. Do not stay here

It is grossly over priced and not worth it, there's no hotel in Virginia Beach worth it they are either filled with bugs or just to expensive.

The rooms were very small, and when we was trying to check out they're was nobody they're to take our key we had to wait over an hour for someone to show up we had to be out by 11 but they didn't show up to get the key till 12:30.

Terribly dirty rooms including blood on the pillow case. No one in the office at check in or check out or address concerns . Had to call over 20 times to get someone there. Charged me an extra $100 for children absolutely ridiculous. Called to find out why the nasty lady who answered my call screamed at me an accused me of trying to “defraud the inn keeper”. Didn’t use any extra space no extra resources as even towels wheren’t changed out during our 3 night stay. Motel is on a busy street, sketchy street. Watched drug deals go down in the parking lot. Listened to the neighbors fight all night. Over all terrible place spend the extra money you’re going to get charged and stay on the board walk. The only good reviews are from them and their friends.this place is over priced and nothing more
