Ocean 24

Management is rude!! We have a service dog the second day we go back and pick her up and we walked by the hotel with her, the manager called me and yelled at me for having her with is. He called us liars after showing her paperwork. The room smelled like smoke, had no dresser never again will i stay here! He threatened to charge us for a service dog and proceeded to yell at my husband and I in front of my child!!

I'm a foreigner too but the Indian ones that run this hotel have no respect for any of their guest, they will try to nickel and dime you with "resort fees" this is not a resort, it doesn't even have a pool or a gym or beach access. ||||Avoid at all cost they will ruin your vacation.||If you see the woman in the picture run away or be ready to be disrespected.

Ok I had a decent stay last week at oceans 24. What upsets me is for the past 2 days a week after my stay I keep getting notifications from my bank that they are constantly trying to charge me $15.00. I paid my “resort” fee in cash. Otherwise they would not let me in my room. Stop trying to charge me for something I paid for.

Positive: On the ocean. Close to all the shops and food. Negative: No elevator. Small room. Charged for parking and we were the only ppl staying there.

Nice little mom and pop beach hotel at a good price. We reserved a room last minute with two dogs and the owner gave us a nice discount for the second dog. We also received a discount on parking for our second vehicle. The AC in our room was not working very well so the owner brought us a fan and switched our rooms. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The area was right in the center of it all so it was really exciting. And downstairs beachside there’s an ice cream and hot dog shop. Beautiful views from the balcony. I went into this trip knowing that I wasn’t staying at the Hilton, so I think it made my experience a good one.
