So where do I start? Check in the room ac was off, room was warm, so we started the ac and left for around 3 hrs, came back and the room was still warm. Went to office, the lady lives on site, had to wait for her to come out, informed her of ac issue and she insisted the ac was fine that it would take a while to cool, the ac clearly had issues as it only had one fan speed. She offered a fan and to move bed away from unit. What a joke. We decided to stay anyway. Get in the bath, there's blood on the shower curtain, mold on the caulking and the floor of the shower, the bathroom door looked as if a dog had been chewing on it and clearly hadn't been cleaned below the door knob area. The internet well, dial up would have been faster. And our phone internet service was limited within the the ro

The people were friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean and smelled really good. Walking distance to many restaurants and a 24 hour convenient store. Price was reasonable.

Positive: The owners were so pleasant and though the hotel looks simple on the outside, the rooms were beautiful. Such a great find for the area. I would definitely return. Negative: No, it was a gem.

I stayed to about midnight in room 112 before the bed bugs attacked. I showed the office pictures and showed them the bits i just got. They didn't care .told me i could move to another room and i asked for towel to shower the bugs off and they told me to use my old one so i I did about 1am that room 228 bed bugs attacked .needless to say don't stay unless you don't care. It was the worst mistake I could have made. I stayed on 10/20/2025

Pleasant surprise, smaller but nice room, updated, clean, very comfortable beds, great location, 3 minute drive to downtown. Coffee wasn’t bad in the morning, but get breakfast elsewhere, like Red Rooster. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker in the room, big tv, workable desk. A great value.
