Oasis Boca Raton

I had a wonderful stay at Oasis Boca Raton. The staff—especially Simone, Naomie, and the rest of the team—were very friendly and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, and the person attending to it kept everything clean and well-stocked. The property itself was clean and well-maintained. They are currently updating some of the rooms, but ours was already updated, clean, and spacious. The price was just right, offering great value. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, grocery stores, and just a short drive to the beach. Highly recommend!

Major construction, not just "under renovation with minimized disruption" as mentioned on the website. If you like waking up at 7am to hammers, saws, and workers shouting, then this is your place to stay! One of our 4 rooms had a common wall to the room they were remodeling. It sounded like they were breaking through the wall. We also had zero hot water on the last morning of our stay, and for a short period of time, no water at all. The front desk attendant (Alex) was either drunk or high on drugs. He didn't smell like alcohol, so we assume the latter. We have video of Alex attempting to communicate with us in this condition. Checking in and out with Alex was a total nightmare. We also witnessed the manager (Louis) push Alex from behind while cursing and yelling at him because of his cond

I've been fortunate enough to call The Oasis home for the past 3 months, and it's been a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which can be a bit disruptive at times, but the staff has been incredibly accommodating. Special shoutout to Naomi at the front desk! She's always gone above and beyond to ensure my stay is as comfortable as possible. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude truly make a difference. I would also like to give a special shout out to the Manager Luis, the Housekeeping Manager Marcus, and the whole housekeeping staff. They clean this place from top to bottom daily. It truly is a pleasure staying here. While the renovations are in progress, I'm looking forward to seeing the final result!

Decent place, accommodating manager and staff. Very quiet as well. The place is under renovation but other than that everything that someone would look for in a hotel, everyday housekeeping came by and made sure the room was kept clean and neat. Since the pool wasn’t currently open, I was provided with a coupon for a restaurant which I was going to go to anyway. The manager Louis was very friendly and helpful, especially throughout my stay he made sure that me and my family was taken care of.

I do not recommend this place to anyone! They canceled our reservation at 8 PM on the day of arrival (despite the website and their own policy stating that check-in was available until midnight!). When we tried to speak to the manager, he hung up on us with “you girls should solve it i can do anything “ At 8 PM, just 10 minutes away from the accommodation, we received a message stating that our reservation—booked and paid for a month in advance—had been canceled for that night. We had booked a double room for the three of us (all girls), and we were on our way when we got the message. When we called, they simply told us, "There's nothing we can do. Find another place; we're fully booked." Since other accommodations were five times the price and it was already late, we decided to go there
