Oak Creek Terrace Resort

We stumbled upon this absolute gem while driving down the road and decided to get a room. We were met by the receptionist outside, so friendly and answered all of our questions and even gave us some awesome recommendations for places to eat around Sedona! We got the room with a king size bed, fireplace and spacious jacuzzi bathtub Super quiet peaceful place, many places to lounge at night and listen to the creek that’s right outside all of the rooms. Truly a delightful, peaceful break from reality! And the coy pond was so nice as an avid coy pond fan… thoroughly enjoyed that lol!!

Sedona, Arizona is a beautiful Red Rock Town but very busy with tourists and rather overpriced town centre hotels. |Just a few miles out of town is the charming Oak Creek Terrace.|| This motel style hotel with cottages in the forest grounds offers peace and tranquillity but is on the main road outside of Sedona on the road to Flagstaff. ||One thing that was very odd about the accommodation is that in our room (which was in the motel section) was something unique in any hotel that we have stayed in anywhere in the world. There was no wardrobe, no hangers or even a hook on the door!! |The comfortable room was small but it had an enormous 6 person bath situated in the corner and it took up at least a third of the room space. |We had to put our luggage in the bath!! ||However, The cottage a

I called couple days prior to arrival and been specific mentioned on special occation hoping I will get good room! Front desk lady promised me over the phone great room , appon arraival she provided us room number 9 knowing it wasnt renovated as room 8 was just next door vacant!!!! Same price per night!!!!! My issue was when room 9 I stayed heater was broken. It was freezen all night. Next day I approch this lady and told her why she gave me lower renovated room knowing intentionally wasn't renovated wile next door was completely available.....she didnt know what to say other than cheap exuces. I been never offered discount on my stay instead I had to beg for discount if I decide to extend my stay for extra night. Than i rethink and I was like why would i???? They dont deserve a penny fro

This was a quaint motel just outside Sedona. The room was decent enough but there were definitely some issues. The floor looked like it needed to be replaced as some parts were coming up. The ceiling above the spa tub was soft and I'm sure had a leak above it. The walls were a bit thin so the neighbors strolling in next door at 1 am sounded like they were in our room. The bed was comfortable though. I think it would have been better to stay in one of the cabins below (more privacy), if we had stayed longer, but this was only an overnight stay. Overall it was a decent place to stay for the price and I would come back.
