Very very very nasty ! Extremely NASTY… we was in room 128 husband and girlfriend out there fighting in lobby this was the general manger and his girlfriend which they live there … police was there everyday looking for fugitives .. prostitution going on and drug addicts . They letting homeless man living lobby , people coming in lobby with dirty hands off the street eating breakfast . The linen on beds ripped tore up old blood stains on them , not enough towels, limited room cleaning no house keepers . Cards for room door didn’t work .. Domestic violence going on up there , This is not a place for family with kids . Drug dealing going on the parking lot was th hang out , only good thing is you are surrounded by bus access and food places . This place needs to be shut down ! Staff also not

Most filthy hotel I have been ever. The description of the amenities and pictures of this hotel are misleading and false. The hotel is a mess, as soon as you enter the elevator you can tell the kind maintenance the property has. The bathroom and faucet area on the floor was slippery as we entered the room. The sheets were stained and tore in different areas. Description shows continental breakfast, there is not breakfast only milk, cereal and maybe a muffin. People were rude right of the bat, which should have been a bad sign, but we continued staying at the property, we left after the first night. It looked like a housing property more than a hotel, people were opening, closing doors at 3-4am, talking and screaming in the middle of the night. They also did not want to provide towels. Afte

This was the worst hotel in my life. They hound you for nothing. They also accuse you of things you didn't do. To add to that the breakfast is really bad. The advertising for this hotel is very inaccurate, they don't have any amenities at all. The people at the front desk are very rude and disrespectful and are very creepy, they watch you 24/7 for nothing, u get Zero Privacy and the power shut off! We came into our hotel room in the floors were still dirty there are burn holes in the bed sheet, it stunk, the air conditioning knobs don't work so you can't turn it off or on, the toilet isn't even connected to the floor so the toilet leaks. And they will just kick you out for no reason.

Personally, I've never experienced anything worse in all of my life than this hotel. Since this hotel is very unclean and I didn't feel comfortable staying there, I left it, which my husband had booked for us, and went to stay with my dad instead. This place has bugs, and I have seen it myself, so I would advise anyone staying here to get their money back.

My boyfriend and I went to Milwaukee for a weekend get away. When we checked in the receptionist was very rude. When we walked in the room there were cigarette ashes on the floor. Upon laying on the bed I seen a bed beg out of the corner of my eye. As me and my boyfriend got up to leave the room another bed bug was crawling on my leg. The hotel refused to give us back our deposit and a refund o the room. And when we called they were very rude with us. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
