Norwood Inn Statefair Grounds

If there is a button to put NO stars I would. I spent 100 dollars for one room and there was no tv and a hole in the wall. Tried to get a different room with a TV and the room across the hall had no TV either. The person working said people literally stole the TVs from the rooms. It smelled like smoke and was musty. The room was barely clean. Another girl leaving said there were actually needles left behind in her room. I have no idea how this place is in business but it needs shut down. They did not try to even discount the room for all the damages! I've stayed in way cheaper hotels that are actually decent!

This is the nastiest and unsafest hotel ever. Upon arrival (at 1am), the hotel didn't have our reservation (even though the stay was booked and charged 4 months prior). They then threw us into room 205, which hadn't been cleaned. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor, the pillows were used, and the bed had been slept in. The bathtub also had hair in it. When new sheets were requested, the hotel worker handed them to me to change myself, but gave me two top sheets instead of a top and bottom sheet. When I asked for new towels, I was given paper-thin towels, but not a complete set of anything (i.e. one washcloth for two people). The room didn't have a trash can or a hair dryer, both standard items in a hotel room. Additionally, I'm 99% sure there were drugs happening across and down

Very bad experience here. This place is infested with roaches and rats. The first room they put me in I noticed roaches so I asked to switch rooms. Both rooms had no towels. The water was only hot for a good 5 minutes. The whole hotel smells like smoke and there is a mildew smell as well. The carpet in my room was wet. I understand the rooms are cheaper then anywhere else but this is not acceptable. And when I brought these issues forward to staff they acted like this was normal saying all hotels will have some roaches because "customers leave food in the rooms for multiple days." Of course no refund was given because they and I quote "have bills to pay." I hope no one comes to this hotel. Genuinely taken back by how dirty and nasty this hotel and experience was.

Checked into room 109 someone else already had the room. So they put me in room 111. Room was fair and had stayed before with no problems. But this time was horrible experience. Woke up at 230 am with bites all over my back and arms. Omg bedbugs never I just about fainted. Never had I ever experienced this. Nor want to again. Its been almost a week and my back is steal healing and itching. So I took only what I had to cause I prayed I didn't take any with me. Went to check out and report no one working around. So I called in the next day. They never offered a refund. I asked them to address the issue. So called the next day to see if they done anything. And they could find me on the books. Lol not very smart I used my credit card to pay. All the proof I needed. So I have now proceeded furt

First off I'll add the pics and let it tell u all about my stay first off i entered my room like this. And the tub didnt drain there was so much hair in it as you can see in the pics. It wasn't cleaned at all floors not swept beds not washed or made um just dirty. Walls caked with stuff. Every inch. Then stairways that lead to the second floor have foils from ppl getting high on them on the stairways. If i could get the health department or news involved i would i couldn't even get my money back or a different room.
