Drury Plaza Hotel Columbus Downtown

Pleasantly surprised! I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. I don't like staying in hotels at all but I felt very comfortable here. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. Great place to stay if you have an event at the convention center. The breakfast and dinner options were good. The on-site parking is nice but the spots are extremely small. I would highly recommend!

Everyone that we came in contact with where so friendly and inviting. |Check in was a breeze, there were 8 of us that had 4 king size suites and we were all together not spread out all over the hotel.|Very good location and easy to get to.|Pool and hot tub were amazing. |Beds and pillows were comfy, shower pressure was great. Clean in every aspect. Rooms were so spacious and noise free. |Parking is contained and space.|We travel a lot and this is the 1st time in the Drury brand and its my new favorite. |It seemed to be family friendly and friend friendly.

I have not had this nice of an experience at a place since before COVID. Every employee that I met was kind, the hotel was kept exceptionally clean, and the free breakfast, snacks, dinner and drinks had a good enough variety to make everyone happy for 3 days. Despite being almost full, the hotel room was quiet at night.

We had such a great experience at this location. When we entered, the staff was so pleasant and cheerful. They were actually smiling and totally set the mood for our stay. We went on NYE in order to go the the CBJ game. It seems as through the rest of Columbus had the same idea. It was packed. The pool was a little crazy with unruly miss but it was still nice. The inside pool empties into an outside pool that you can get to by swimming underneath. The water was still warm, which was great. The restaurant staff was amazing after the game despite the large crowd that swarmed them. The kickback menu was good. Again, I have never seen such a large crowd. The rooms were clean and comfy. I really liked the secured parking area. Overall, we cannot wait to go back
